To the left of this page you’ll find a place to click and print Applications & Agreements for the 26th Annual Marin Senior Information Fair, held Wednesday, October 19; 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.; at the Marin Center Exhibit Hall, 10 Avenue of the Flags, San Rafael.

Print out and complete the entire two pages. Include your check in the full amount, and mail to the indicated address. Applications without checks will be returned.

The Marin Senior Information Fair embraces SENIOR POWER in 2011 and begins our next quarter of a century with a new theme:  “SEIZE THE DAY!”  Communicate, Connect, Contribute.  Reserve your booth space now.

Booth fees have not gone up. Participation is still a bargain at the North Bay’s largest senior event.  We welcome 4500-5000 guests each year at Marin Center Exhibit Hall, where old friend meet and new friends are made.
           
Empower seniors, their caretakers and families with your best presentation of the most current information regarding services, opportunities, interests and activities pertinent to older adults.

Health testing, housing, in home care, home and auto safety, legal issues, education, healthcare, nutrition,  Flu and/or Pneumonia vaccines, volunteering, family activities, clubs, hobbies, fitness, travel, dance, scrapbooking, photography, computers, art, helpful books, memoir writing, pets, and finances are just some of the topics that come to mind.

Fun, eye-catching, interesting booth presentation ideas are limitless. Use your imagination. Exhibitors are always encouraged to offer “healthful treats and/or giveaways relevant to senior needs.

Read the Application and Fair agreement. Fill it in completely and mail it with your check. Remember you'll receive a discount in booth fees by mailing in your check and completed application postmarked by July 15th, 2011 Again a check must accompany your application.

Application deadlines are set to allow opportunities to best publicize and advertise the Fair and its exhibitors. Exhibitors who meet the deadlines will be included in the Marin Independent Journal Fair Insert & Program which reaches nearly 38,500 Marin households.

Fair publicity also includes multi-newspaper ads, a print and broadcast public relations campaign, 15,000 flyers, and exposure on our website, www.marinseniorinformationfair.org 

If you plan health testing, screenings, fitness demos, or other special activities, let us know on your application. The more information you provide - the better we can promote your booth.

Jan Wahl, popular KRON TV and KCBS Radio broadcast personality returns to emcee the 2011 event. Art shows, demos, flu shots and other Fair activities are planned. Entertainment includes trivia contests, music, movies, dance, and song. Prizes are awarded throughout the day.

Our creative exhibitors are the Fair stars. You make the Senior Fair a lively event with colorful, and informative booths that celebrate the theme.  The only limit when you plan your spectacular booth presentation, is your imagination. We award prizes for the Fair's Best Decorated, Most Informative, and Best in Show booths.
